I have hosted more than 50 holistic experiences around the world from: San Luis Potosí, Egypt, Queretaro, CDMX, Bacalar, Tulum, San Pancho, Los Angeles & Barcelona with the sole intention of expanding and creating awareness, but always taking care that it is in a fun way.
I fuse art, music, oriental disciplines such as yoga and different types of meditation together with pre-Hispanic techniques with the intention of making energy journeys through the chakras that result in the expansion of consciousness.
I have various trainings in yoga from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative Alignment, as well as diplomas in Thai Massage, Tibetan Bowls, Acroyoga, Quantum Meditation and currently I facilitate Earth Medicines (hikuri, snuff, cocoa) in the company of indigenous Mexican teachers.
